The perfect way for U12s, U13s, Family and Friends to end the season. 

We'd like to invite you to our Xrugby7s Festivals for the weekend (24th-26th April) or the day (25th April). 

The Weekender Itinerary

Arrive Friday night to set up your camp in your designated team camping area. We can accept tents/ campervans & caravans. We even have a number of electric hook ups available for an additional fee. We also offer you the opportunity to hire tents and other equipment, with your tents ready assembled for your arrival. You can hire one tent or enough tents for your whole group.

Saturday a full cooked buffet style breakfast awaits you in the clubhouse. its MATCH DAY! As our guests for the weekend there will also be lunch waiting for you! 

Saturday evening, we will have entertainment in the clubhouse/adjacent marquee for all of the family. Evening meals will be served, the bar open and with 30 acres of land there is a fair amount of space to run around.

Sunday - Breakfast in the clubhouse followed by a round of Rugby Golf at Casterton Golf Course before heading home with some great memories!  

Prices start at £60 per person (including camping, rugby golf, entry to the festival and all meals).

Xrugby7s Festival 

The day is Saturday the 25th April. We start with a Coaches briefing. Teams performances will be monitored across the round robin games in the morning with a view to get rid of any mismatches in the afternoon games which follow lunch (included in the package). each team has a chance of being awarded a trophy for the team that best embodies the core values of rugby. Who receives the trophy for each age group will be chosen by our players in that age group (who aren’t eligible).

The days schedule of matches will be run by each of our age groups with the aim of keeping the waiting times between matches to a minimum.

Included is lunch for all players, coaches and weekend guests. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased for £7.50.  Our events catering team will be putting on quite a spread (last year we had some fantastic home made pies, breaded chicken fillets and, of course, chips!).

To come for the day costs £120 per team (based on 12 players, 2 coaches). Additional players per team can be added by prior arrangement.
